To be part of Las Vegas skyline is achievement I am really proud of. Gerald B. Koi, Architect and Principal at Morris hired me Architects as a Lead Project Designer for Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate in Las Vegas in June 2005. PH Towers Westgate is timeshare / hotel complex. The original design of 52 stories complex of buildings has two towers connected in the middle by third 46 stories tower and should has 2500 units including up to 30 condominiums situated above levels 46. From upper levels you will find fabulous views across Las Vegas Strip and whole valley. David Siegel, the founder and owner of Westgate Resorts, Building was a developed of this complex. PH Towers is located right on Harmon Avenue facing to the Las Vegas Boulevard - "The Strip" and MGM City Center and Cosmopolitan Hotel. 52 stories high-rise building Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate is attached to the Miracle Mile Shopping Center and Planet Hollywood Hotel - Casino Resort. Complex was later sold and rebranded to Hilton Vacation Club. Mr. Siegel made during design process as a result of economy situation in US a decision to split whole project in two Phases. North Tower, which was finished including a foundation for the rest of building complex. is a part of Phase I. David Siegel and Oscar Goodman, Mayor of Las Vegas officially opened the Phase I in January 2010. Phase I has total of 1201 units, and amenities including restaurant, congress and business centrum, fitness centrum and more.PH TOWERS development was sold and rebranded as ELARA Hilton Grand Vacation.
